This study explicitly connects Genesis 18 and 19, showing that "Genesis 19 cannot be understood without Genesis 18" and that "Genesis 19 is the execution of what Genesis 18 announced." The three-point framework—God sees sin (omniscience), God judges sin (justice), and God responds to righteousness (mercy)—provides the theological lens for understanding both chapters.
