Processing Times
Ready to Ship: Orders for in-stock (standard, non-customized) items are typically processed and packed within five to seven business days.
Handcrafted Orders: If your item includes customizations or was out of stock, please allow two weeks for us to ensure every detail is perfect before it leaves our hands.
Shipping Within the Domestic U.S.
We ship to all 50 states via [Carrier TBD]. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.
Standard Shipping (within the U.S.): Usually arrives within 3–7 business days after processing.
Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.
A Note on Large Items
We have conveniently designed the Kneeling Rail to be assembled in parts, so that the package can arrive to you in a medium-sized box. If the fully-assembled option is preferred for your Kneeling Rail, please anticipate receiving a larger box. Whether delivered in easy-to-assemble parts or as a fully-assembled furnishing, we use reinforced materials to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. If you notice any damage to the product upon arrival, please take a photo and let us know right away so we can make it right.
Missing or Delayed Packages
While we trust our carriers, sometimes things happen. If your tracking says "Delivered" but you can’t find your package, or if it’s been stuck in transit for more than 10 days, please reach out to us. We’re here to help!
Accidents happen. So when they do, we take pride in trying to make things right!
If your Kneeling Rail arrives to you damaged, defective, or missing hardware or installation instructions, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to qualify for a return and full replacement of your Kneeling Rail or to request missing items for delivery.
